Marco Pelchat
Lead Advisor, Clinic Strategy and Implementation
MBA, CMC, PMP
Marco leads advisory work on clinic launch strategy, operating structure, and implementation planning. He works with physicians to turn practice decisions into a sequence owners, managers, and outside partners can carry out.
His perspective is grounded in business planning, project delivery, and operational coordination. He built both locations of Central Park Medical Clinic, a pediatric and pediatric endocrinology clinic in Ottawa: Central Park at 6-314 Central Park Dr., Ottawa K2C 0R2, and Merivale at 942 Merivale Rd., Ottawa K1Z 5Z9, which opened in late August 2026. GenExa Integrated Health & Wellness, a physician-guided preventive clinic in Ottawa, is in development for a fall 2027 opening.

Advisor, Finance, Operations and Performance
Dustin supports engagements that require financial discipline, operational analysis, and structured business decisions. He helps physician owners evaluate trade-offs around clinic performance, team structure, capacity, and growth priorities.
His experience spans finance, operations, and compliance-minded planning. That is useful when a decision will change day-to-day execution, accountability, and the stability of the business.
