Physician recruitment

A clinic model that needs three physicians and a recruiting plan that starts the month before opening are not the same plan. We help you define the roles and the timing.

Recruiting is not a favour you ask of colleagues in the last month of construction. The number of physicians on site at once drives rooms, front-desk load, and the financial model. If that number is a hope rather than a plan, the build will be the wrong size.

What we help with

  • The role itself: scope of practice, expected days, how compensation is meant to work, and what "associate" means in this clinic.
  • A candidate profile that matches the care model, and what a new physician should be able to count on from day one.
  • Timing against the lease, the build, licensing, and billing enrolment, so the physician can bill when the doors open.
  • Where locum coverage fits while you recruit a permanent colleague.
  • What the operating model should already explain before a serious candidate will commit: schedule, support staff, call or after-hours expectations, and how decisions get made.

Who this is for

Physicians opening a family practice who need colleagues on the roster, and specialists deciding whether the clinic is a solo practice or a group. Owners adding physicians to a clinic that is already open usually need operations work at the same time, because the workflow has to absorb the extra capacity.

Questions physicians ask

Do you guarantee candidates?

We define the role, the colleague you are looking for, and how outreach lines up with the lease and opening day. The goal is a team that matches the clinic you are actually building.

Is this only for recruiting physicians?

The service is aimed at physicians: associates, locum coverage while you recruit, and partners. Administrative and clinical support roles are part of the staffing model in clinic startup, and they should be hired to the same opening plan.
