Who we are
Medical Practice Consulting advises physicians on building and launching clinics. We are in Ottawa, Ontario, and we serve physician-led clinics across Canada. Email info@medpracticeconsulting.ca.
What we collect
If you use the consultation form, we receive the fields you submit: name, email, phone if you provide one, province, clinic type, stage, and message. You should not send health information about patients in that form.
The form includes a hidden field that is there to catch automated submissions. Please leave it blank.
Why we collect it
We use the information to review the request, reply, and arrange a consultation if there is a fit. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising lists.
Where it is processed
This site is built to be hosted on Netlify, and the form is a Netlify form named "consultation". If the site is deployed there, Netlify processes the submission and it is delivered to us. Netlify's own privacy terms apply to that processing. Email you send us directly is handled in our mailbox.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests while we need them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Email us if you want yours deleted.
Access and deletion
Email info@medpracticeconsulting.ca to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need enough detail to find the right request.
Cookies and analytics
We do not run advertising cookies. A Google Analytics 4 tag is not installed. The templates leave a commented note where a measurement ID can be added later. If that happens, this notice should be updated before the tag goes live. The host may use strictly technical means to deliver the site and to protect forms.
